Expertise
In its workshop in the Pays de la Loire region, Maison Louis-Marie Vincent brings together expertise in fine cabinetmaking, marquetry, decorative cladding, sculpture and finishing. Rooted in the restoration of antique furniture and continually reinterpreted, these techniques are applied to contemporary creations, bespoke projects, unique pieces and limited series.
The Maison works with rare and demanding materials: precious woods, parchment, shagreen, leather, brass, mother-of-pearl and mica, combining them with a contemporary exploration of material and texture. This expertise enables the Maison to develop bespoke technical solutions for interior designers, decorators, art galleries and collectors.

Fine Cabinetmaking
Fine cabinetmaking forms the historical and technical foundation of the Maison. Under the guidance of Louis-Marie Vincent, this expertise is passed on and developed within a team of cabinetmakers and marquetry specialists, adapting to the specific requirements of each project. From structural design and veneering to joinery, curves and detailing, every stage is mastered within the workshop, whether for contemporary creations, bespoke pieces or historical reproductions.
Marquetry
The Maison creates marquetry compositions using precious woods and decorative materials. The design, selection and orientation of veneers, as well as rhythm and contrast, are carefully considered for each project. Marquetry thus becomes a true language of surface, serving both furniture and interior architecture.
Decorative Caldding - Parchment, Shagreen & Leather
Working with parchment, shagreen and leather is one of the Maison’s signature areas of expertise. As natural materials sensitive to changes in their environment, they require particularly careful preparation and highly skilled application. Used on furniture and decorative wall panels, they demand meticulous attention to seams, joins and finishing details.
Sculpture and material exploration
Sculpture naturally extends the Maison’s work in cabinetmaking and decorative surfaces. It provides a means of exploring volume, relief and texture, in wood as well as in contemporary materials. This research notably led the Maison to develop Lunépière, an exclusive material made from repurposed fibres and minerals, allowing for the creation of sculpted, textured or moulded forms.
Finishes
Finishing is an integral part of the design of each piece. Varnishes, lacquers, gilding, patinas, cold metallization, and acid-treated brass finishes are carefully considered for each project to achieve the desired depth, light, and tactile quality, while respecting the characteristics of the materials and the intended use of the piece.
