After the chest of drawers “La Rêveuse” covered in a carton-pierre cloud for the Mobilier national’s “Aliénés” collection in 2022, Maison Louis-Marie Vincent has once again been approached by Thierry Bétancourt, business contributor and designer, to design and create carton-pierre clouds on a black lacquered Pleyel grand piano for decorator Jacques Garcia.
Following a dialogue between Thierry Bétancourt and Louis-Marie Vincent, the Maison Louis-Marie Vincent team used sketches to sculpt and create carton-pierre clouds around the piano’s belt and rear leg, while keeping the rear lid open.
